Smooth jazz saxophonist Jackiem Joyner will perform Saturday, July 28 at the Festival of Arts’ “Jazz on the Green” series at 1 p.m., while Sunday, July 29 in the same time slot Amer-Asian cuisine is on the menu as the chef of Laguna Beach’s Starfish restaurant, Jarvis Yuan, offers up his flavors and skills as the guest chef in the “Art of Cooking” series.
He’ll give visitors a taste – both figuratively and literally – from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea and India when he prepares and shares a variety of dishes with the audience.
There is no extra cost beyond admission to the Festival of Arts for guests to enjoy both performances on the green.
