KX Fest Tries Out a Roadtrip
Managers of Laguna Beach radio station KX 93.5 FM hope fans make the trek to Downtown Disney’s House of Blues in Anaheim on Saturday, Sept. 26, for their third-annual benefit concert KXFest 2015.
Headlining band The Colourist won best new artist, song and live band at the 2014 OC Music Awards. Other featured performers include FMLYBND, Freedom Fry, The Diamond Light and Open Air Stereo, led by Chase Johnson, one of the cast members of the defunct
MTV reality show “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.”
“We’re thrilled that these recognizable Southern Californian acts have agreed to perform at KXFest in support of our grassroots radio station,” said station founder and program director Tyler Russell.
