Hotel Laguna’s traditional Christmas day buffet, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., will be laden with turkey, New York strip steak, roasted chicken, short ribs and seabass, plus potatoes and stuffings along with domestic cheeses, cold meats, shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque and petit desserts.
