Ruby’s Diner, which includes a Laguna Beach location, marks its 33rd anniversary with a $1.99 burger and fries meal from 11:30 a.m. until closing on Monday, Dec. 7.
Founder and Chief Executive Doug Cavanaugh started Ruby’s Diner in 1982 in a converted bait shop at the end of the Balboa Pier in Newport Beach.
The classic RubyBurger was recently named the best gourmet burger by the OC Register for 2015.
