Amar Bhatia, a junior at LBHS and Laguna Beach resident, recently qualified for the U.S. Rowing National Championships, to be held in Sarasota, Florida in June. Last weekend, Bhatia and his teammate, Noah Cours, qualified at the Southwest Regionals by winning the bronze medal in the Double Sculls event.
