Heal the Bay has released their 2015-2016 Beach Report Card. During the summer season all 20 locations tracked in Laguna Beach scored an A or A+. The winter dry season from November to March gave 17 beaches a score of A or A+. The outlet of Aliso Creek scored a low grade in the winter months.
