Hooray for provocative and engaging art in front of our City Hall! I grew up in Laguna and am proud to see our city take initiative to boost community engagement and dialogue through art. I am enjoying the temporary art programming, from David Zinn’s playful sidewalk creatures, to the current thought-provoking installation. Thank you, Arts Commission.
