I suspect that most Laguna Beach residents know that our current council wants to intensify bumper-to-bumper auto congestion downtown.
Think where Glenneyre Avenue meets Forest Avenue. In fact, City Hall hires four or five junior police officers to run as many cars through the downtown as possible.
