I was surprised by Billy Fried’s column in the Nov. 16 edition of the Indy in which he praised Peter Blake for his responsiveness on social media during his campaign. The responses I saw from Blake on Nextdoor varied. Blake responded to many questions from men with reason, and to many questions from women (unless it was a compliment) with name calling: liars, pigs, BS artists, polyester Betties. (There were probably others that I missed). Is this what Billy means by saying Blake has stones? I thought stones like those went the way of the dinosaurs.
