Caroline Rustigian Bruderer, a local public relations strategist and host of radio station KX 93.5’s “Caroline’s Cause Corner,” celebrates three years on the air this month.

Her show, which airs at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesdays, promotes local philanthropic organizations and has featured Surfrider Foundation, Laguna Beach Food Pantry, No Square Theater and the Tony Hawk Foundation. To celebrate the three-year anniversary, rocker and activist Alice Cooper will be an upcoming guest.

Rustigian Bruderer recently joined the creative work collective Sourced in Laguna Beach and now is running her K-Line & Company from shared offices on Glenneyre Street. A specialty of her company is marketing social causes. “What I’ve found is that everyone including celebrities are short on resources and marketing know-how and need help to get the word out,” said Rustigian Bruderer, who has worked with artists such as Alice Cooper and Tom Petty guitarist Mike Campbell on their charity concerts and events.
