Helen Polins-Jones Sally Eastwood
Brooks Street Books invites the public to meet Sally Eastwood and Helen Polins-Jones, authors of the new book, “101 Things to Love About Laguna,” on Sunday, Dec. 8, from 4- 6 p.m. at Laguna Beach Books, 1200 S. Coast Hwy.
This whimsical guidebook enumerates Laguna Beach’s many charms, from its beaches, canyons, and wildlife to its heritage as an artists’ colony and community spirit. It features Eastwood’s prose and over 50 of watercolor artist Polins-Jones’ illustrations. The writer and illustrator are both British-born transplants.
