Edward Bobinski has opened Prima Fine Art Gallery, 570 S. Coast Highway, and featuring painters as well as a metal artist and sculptor.

Over 100 original works are on display in the gallery, open daily from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

 

 

New Artists Surface at The Cove

Artists Teri Starkweather and Yuri Kuznetsov are showing their work at Cove Gallery, 1492 S. Coast Highway.

Starkweather paints ocean landscapes in oils and is a member of Laguna Plein Air Painters. She often paints at local beaches close to Laguna Niguel, where she lives with her husband.

Russian-born Kuznetsov attended Mukhina Art Academy in St. Petersburg, where he developed an individual style to make his mark in contemporary art. His paintings combine acrylics and oils.

Meet the artists at an Art Walk reception from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct.1.

Give Your Views on Art

The community is invited to a town hall meeting to discuss concepts for a city wide Cultural Arts Plan at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, at the Laguna Beach Community Center, 380 Third St.
