Caviar with a Champagne toast, Maine diver scallops, black truffle-stuffed pheasant and bison striploin are on the New Year’s Eve menu at Selanne Steak Tavern, 1464 S. Coast Highway, in Laguna Beach.

A five-course tasting menu and live entertainment is available at two seatings from $115-$145 for adults and $35 for children under 12. The Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck at the Pacific Edge Hotel will ring in 2015 with a Great Gatsby-like New Year’s party at 9:30 p.m. with Laguna’s own Nick-I Hernandez and his band Common Sense performing at 10 p.m.

The menu includes black winter truffle risotto, New Bedford sea scallops, Mary’s Farm chicken and more. Tickets are $50-$95. VIP tickets grant early access starting at 9 p.m. and exclusive access to the second floor Stateroom Lounge.

At the Montage Resort, in the Grand Ballroom, a reception takes place from 9 p.m.-1:30 a.m. featuring stationed hors d’oeuvres, midnight champagne toast, a food truck and a Nepresso coffee station with dessert buffet from 12:30- 1:30 a.m. Call 949 -715-6420 for more information and reservations.

In The Loft the first seating for a four-course holiday tasting menu takes place from 5-7 p.m. and is $120 for adults, $35 for children 4-12. The second seating between 8 and 10 p.m. is for a five-course holiday tasting menu with complimentary champagne toast, party favors and live music from 8 p.m.-1 a.m. $175/adult, $55/children ages 4-12. 949-715-6420.

In the Studio at Montage, a reception takes place from 8-9 p.m. with a five course dinner from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. including chef’s tasting menu, live music, dancing, party favors, and a champagne toast. A Little Night Music

Tommy Bahama, opens at 11 a.m. with a three-course prix fixe champagne menu, $60-$65, and serves until 12 a.m. with live music starting at 6 p.m. 949-276-6886.

The first seating at Mozambique is from 4:30-6:30 p.m. for a three-course meal. Adults $59, children $14. The second seating from 7:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. includes a four -course meal for adults at $99 and children, $14. Live music from 9 p.m.- 12:30 a.m. by Stone Jonez. The Ocean View Bar & Grill party at Hotel Laguna runs from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m. with a three- course dinner, petite bottle of champagne, champagne midnight toast, live music from Jason Feddy and his Beatles tribute band, party hats and noise makers. At Broadway by Amar Santana a five-course menu is $125-$180 per person. Reservations available at 5, 7 and 9:30 p.m.

At K’ya Bistro Bar the first seating is from 4:30-7:30 p.m. with a second seating starting at 7:30 p.m. Call 949 505-5088 for reservations.

The White House offers a four-course dinner for $59.95, which includes champagne and party favors at 12 a.m. Seatings at 8, 8:30 and 9 p.m.

The Nirvana Grille will be open from 5-10 p.m. with a three-course menu for $69 or a four-course menu for $79. Both come with a glass of champagne.
