Selanne Promises an Exceptional Dinner
Selanne Steak Tavern hosts a $395 per person wine dinner Sunday, Feb. 28, featuring the rare 2007 Dana Estates Lotus Vineyard cabernet sauvignon.
The restaurant’s wine director Leo Fenn has collaborated with the award-winning Napa winery to pair world class wines with a “one-of-a-kind” dinner, including six courses as well as amuse bouche and intermezzo. The dinner at 1464 S. Coast Highway will be prepared by executive chef Joshua Severson and sous chef Alison Flecky.
