Deputy Treasurer Post Filled
Margaret Hanson will serve as deputy treasurer on a pro bono basis, city Treasurer Laura Parisi announced this week.
Hanson has over 20 years of financial management experience. She and her husband are Laguna Beach residents.
Exhibits Director Announced
The Festival of Arts hired Ron Morrissette as its new exhibits director.
He will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and scheduling of summer and off-season exhibits and arts education programs.
New Trustees Join Foundation
Rick Balzer was elected chair of the Laguna Beach Community Foundation, succeeding Laura Tarbox, whose significant volunteer and financial support was recognized by the organization at its installation recently.
The foundation also added new trustees to its board.
“Our talented trustees will assist in taking the Community Foundation to new heights and help us build additional community connections,” Balzer said.
