City Hires Two New Planners
To reduce the turnaround time for zoning plan checks, the city’s community development department has hired two new associate planners, who will work in both the zoning and planning divisions.
Monique Alanis-Flejter previously worked in planning for three cities in Arizona. She lives with her husband and two sons in Anaheim.
Christian Dominguez has worked as an assistant planner and code enforcement aide for Laguna Hills and previously worked in Scottsdale. He and his wife live in Laguna Niguel.
