Fabiola Kinder
Fabiola Kinder

Laguna Beach resident Fabiola Kinder, who speaks French, Creole and English fluently and communicates in Spanish, recently earned industry certifications for selling international real estate and resort property.

Kinder, a member of Laguna Board of Realtors who works for Newport Beach’s Keller Williams Realty, was awarded the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and the Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS) certification.

To earn the designations, realtors study cultural differences and international business practices as well as courses in the field of resort and second-home real estate. Designees must also prove achievement in international real estate transactions.

Kinder, who worked 18 years in the hotel and resort industry and earned a real estate license in 1999, has transacted resort real estate deals in the U.S. and Mexico over the past decade.

Kinder also serves on the board of Sister Cities International, Southern California Chapter, and as chair of future cities at the Laguna Beach Sister Cities Association, a local organization that established ties with sister cities in France’s Menton, Mexico’s San Jose del Cabo, and England’s St. Ives.
