The city of Laguna Beach and MIG consulting team will hold a meeting from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3 in the council chambers to present updates to the Downtown Specific Plan. The study session will focus on retail, commercial and the Conditional Use Permit Process. MIG will provide a review of related policies within the existing Downtown Specific Plan, an overview of their research and analysis and preliminary recommendations for updating policies for consideration.
