Festival of Arts visitors are invited to explore printmaking and survey early California art next week during noon “Art Talks.”
On Tuesday, July 24, exhibitor Vinita Voogd will lead an exploration of process and issues facing the modern printmaker. The discussion will be germaine to those who plan to attend Family Art Day on Saturday, July 21, since there will be an enormous steamroller present to roll out prints for children and adults alike.
On Thursday, July 26, collector of early California art Mark Hilbert will share his extraordinary collection, some of which can be viewed in two Art Published books, “The Good Life” and in “Millard Sheets”.
Art Talks are free with Festival admission.
