Artist Father Bill Moore is a contemporary American painter who takes items from the desert or the streets of Los Angeles and incorporates them into his artwork. Viewers are encouraged to touch his paintings, because the oil of human hands makes the plastics in the acrylics more human.
Sandstone Announces Fresh Exhibits
Sandstone Gallery will exhibit “Figures in the Abstract,” a set of acrylic paintings on canvas by Hyatt Moore along with “Stream of Consciousness,” abstract expressionist oil paintings by Jong Ro through Monday, May 2.
The gallery located at 384-A N. Coast Highway is open daily except Tuesday from noon to 5 p.m.
