The third season of sand volleyball is underway and gaining more participation now that the NCAA will conduct the first Women’s Sand NCAA Championships this spring. Breakers are one of 53 Southern Section schools participating this spring and compete in the South Coast Division with Beckman, El Toro and Saddleback Valley Christian. Matches are played on Saturday at Huntington Beach. Regular season concludes in April with playoffs in May. League web site: www.ibvl.org
