Registration for girls basketball, kindergarten through ninth grade, has begun at the Boys & Girls Club.
Boys & Girls Club athletic director Hans Laroche has a reputation for making the league a great experience for kids and parents alike. Girls have the opportunity to learn basketball skills, enhance their self-esteem, and have a great time as part of a team, while volunteer opportunities are available for parents interested in coaching teams. Weekly one-hour practices begin March 28, and games will begin on April 25.
All participants must be members of the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach. Membership fee is $150 per year. Scholarships are available for qualifying families. The league fee is $100 per player and includes a new team uniform (a late fee will be applied after March 1).
Annual sponsorship opportunities of $500 put your family or business name on a banner seen by over 1,500 kids and parents each year.
