Sklyloft Restaurant, 422 S. Coast Highway, has introduced a locals only menu, known as The Artifacts, available through Sept. 30 daily in the main restaurant and rooftop terrace, says an announcement.
Diners must ask by name for the separate Artifacts menu, created by chef Arthur Ortiz, who recently relocated from Au Cheval Restaurant in Chicago.
The Artifacts menu that began last week includes a low-calorie fruit and honey shareable platter, giant taco concoctions and Sky Fries with optional chunks of smoked bacon or a fried egg.
Beginning Oct. 1, the Artifacts menu will only be available in the main level dining and bar. Taste samplers from the new menu will be offered at The Taste of Laguna, on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
