This year’s Charm House Tour, Village Laguna’s annual celebration of Laguna Beach’s original homes, will take place on Sunday, May 19.

The tour will begin in the front parking lot of Mission Hospital Laguna, 31872 S. Coast Highway, from noon until 5 p.m. Parking is free on the fourth floor roof of the Mission Hospital parking structure, behind the hospital.

The five homes on the tour – all in South Laguna – are labeled Mosaic Garden, Indigo Seas, Casa Katalina, Benzie’s Bungalow and The Floating Glass House.

An added attraction this year will be refreshments served mid-tour in the South Laguna Community Garden Park. At the refreshment stop, Arnold Hano, founding father of Village Laguna, will be signing his just-published book on the history and politics of Laguna Beach, “It Takes a Villager.”
