Laguna swept Godinez in swimming on Wednesday, April 12, at the home pool. Laguna boys won 134-35 and the girls took a 138-30 victory. Best time of the day was Kasey Karkoska in the girls 100 breaststroke with a 1:09.49 mark.

Squad easily took out Estancia on Wednesday, April 5, with the boys winning 110-60 and the girls 139-31. Dual meets wrap on Wednesday, April 26, with Saddleback and gear up for the big league meet showdown on Thursday, May 4, at Costa Mesa.

Waterpolo

The nation’s top team played in two matches this past week, against El Toro on Tuesday, Nov. 28, and La Canada the following day. Next Wednesday, Dec. 6, Breakers will face Dos Pueblos in a key test to be played at Santa Margarita High School.

Boy’s Water Polo (20-9)

Breakers were upset 6-5 by Redlands East Valley on Saturday, Nov. 4, in the Division 2 quarterfinals in a match played at Indian Springs High School in Redlands. It was a tight hard fought contest won by the host team in the closing seconds of regulation.
