Selanne Steak Tavern, along with Napa Valley’s Bond Estates Director Scott Gould, is hosting a six-course, plus amuse bouche and intermezzo, tasting dinner created by Chef Joshua Severson on Sunday, June 12 at 1464 South Coast Highway.
A cocktail reception begins at 5:30 p.m. on the Sunset Terrace and
dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.in the Loft dining room. On the menu is bison, lamb, trout, scallops, venison and filet mignon all paired with the Bond wines, and capped off with a chocolate mousse trio with white truffle genoise and rosemary crème fraîche ice cream plus Selanne’s Special Reserve barrel-aged bourbon.
