Burglary. 600 Park Ave. Someone broke into an office area over Thanksgiving weekend. No loss was reported.
Tuesday, Nov. 27
Stolen vehicle. 12-04477. 3:57 p.m. N. Coast Hwy. Alex V. Alvarado, 18, and Juan Carlos Barajaslopez, 26, both of Anaheim, were arrested for suspicion of possessing stolen property, landscaping tools stolen from a Dana Point storage locker. Bail was set at $20,000.
Fraud. 2:12 p.m. 500 block of Alta Vista way. An unknown suspect attempted to withdraw money from the victim’s bank account.
Fraud report. 200 block of N. Coast Hwy. 4:21 p.m. A customer apparently used a stolen credit card belonging to someone out of the country for a hotel stay in September.
Traffic stop. 11:25 p.m. Vista del Sol. A 53-year-old Laguna Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Wednesday, Nov. 28
Vehicle stop. 12:58 a.m. Cerritos Dr.ive . A 58-year-old Laguna Beach resident was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Fraud. 10:24 a.m. 500 block of Forest Ave. Someone attempted to use the victim’s social security number to try and open accounts.
Vandalism.. 3:47 p.m. Vista del Sol. The owner of a foreclosed property reported that the previous owner damaged and removed light fixtures.
DUI. N. Coast hwy. 8:29 p.m. A 62-year-old Newport Beach woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
DUI. 8:56 p.m. N. Coast Hwy. A 39-year-old Oceanside man was arrested for a failure to appear warrant. Bail was set at $2500. No DUI charge was made.
Traffic stop. 11:23 p.m. Diamond St.A 25-year-old Tustin woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.

Fraud. 2300 Glenneyre St. 10:51 a.m. Someone used the victim’s Wells Fargo debit card to make three purchases totaling $540.
Fraud. 12-04513. 400 block of Aster St. 12:22 p.m. Unknown suspect used the victim’s social security number to open a checking account and a credit card line.
NSF checks. 200 block of Forest Ave. Managers trying to deal with a deadbeat customer that has written bounced checks totaling $1800 since February reported the losses to police.

Traffic stop. 12:18 a.m. Ledroit St.A 34-year-old Newport Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Traffic stop. Legion St. 12:21 a.m. A 40-year-old San Clemente man was cited for DUI and held for $10,000 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:21 a.m. A 28-year-old Oceanside man was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Traffic stop. 10 a.m. Center St. Christopher Lee Dov, 42, of Newport Beach, was cited for DUI with two priors. Bail was set at $15,000.
Drunk driving. 9:45 p.m. 400 block of Glenneyre St. A 47-year-old Laguna Niguel man was arrested for DUI after a witness reported he drove into a wall. Bail was set at $2500.
Saturday, Dec. 1
Traffic stop. 5:25 a.m. Oak St. Elizabeth Shapiro, 23, of Arizona, was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Due to a prior offense, bail was set at $10,000.
Citizen contact. 12:57 p.m. 400 block of Cress St. An occupant reports that their home is falsely being advertised for rent on MLS.
Hit and run. 5:20 p.m. Glenneyre St. A 58-year-old driver was arrested for DUI after a witness reported following a vehicle that hit a parked pickup and fled the scene.
Sunday, Dec. 2
Traffic stop. 2 a.m. Vista del Sol. A 23-year-old from West Covina was arrested for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:06 a.m. 1600 block S. Coast Hwy. A 21-year-old Lakewood woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:48 a.m. A 44-year-old Newport Beach woman was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Medical call. 5:37 a.m. Monterey Dr. Jonathan Michael Berumen, 27, of Lancaster, was arrested for suspicion of driving while under the influence and pot possession after a witness reported seeing a man slumped over the wheel of a car parked on the wrong side of street. Bail was set at $10,000.
Grand theft. 11:25 a.m. 700 block of Davis Way. Credit cards, a wallet, an iPad and a backpack were stolen from an unlocked vehicle over night.
Vehicle burglary. 5:29 p.m. 1600 block of S. Coast Hwy. A window was smashed in a vehicle on the second floor structure.

Traffic stop. 1:33 a.m. 800 block of Glenneyre St. A 22-year-old Irvine man was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
