Grand theft. 2:57 p.m. 300 block of Broadway St. Someone cut a lock and stole a Focus Thunder mountain bike valued at $5,903 left at a store for repair.
Grand theft. 3:33 p.m. 2800 block of Bernard Ct. Three boxes of court transcripts left on a porch were stolen.
Grand theft. 7:41 p.m. 1200 block of S. Coast Hwy. An unlocked bike valued at $1,000 and belonging to a restaurant employee was stolen from a rear alley.
Traffic stop. 8:47 p.m. 400 block of Shadow Ln. A 28-year-old Tustin man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Tuesday, Nov. 8
Fraud. 8:34 a.m. 500 block of Pearl St. Three fraudulent checks totaling $817 were drawn on the victim’s account.
Vandalism. 8:41 a.m. 600 block of N. Coast Hwy. A tenant moving out left a mess and broke several items.
Traffic stop. 11:41 p.m. A 57-year-old Laguna Beach woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Wednesday, Nov. 9
Burglary. 12:23 a.m. 600 block of Griffith Way. A woman reported that her former boyfriend sent a text indicating he had entered the premises. “How is your urine wine?” he asked. She dumped the bottle.
Traffic stop. 9 a.m. Coast Hwy. Pablo Fernandez Lopez, 33, of San Clemente, a passenger who initially provided a false name, was detained for felony warrants for burglary and possession of drugs. Police stopped the vehicle for expired registration.
Hit and run 5:33 p.m. The 65-year-old Laguna Hills driver of a motor home was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 10:29 p.m. 300 block of Broadway St. A 41-year-old Huntington Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Thursday, Nov. 10
Fraud. 1:45 p.m. 2100 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. Several craftsmen made claims against a contractor, whose subcontractor apparently stiffed the people who performed the work.
Occupied vehicle. 7:40 p.m. 2800 block Chillon Way. Michelle Margaret Sommerhauser, 26, Eric Christian Brown, 21, and Derek Lloyd Horner, 22, all of Mission Viejo, were detained for suspicion of various drug paraphernalia and heroin possession charges.
Traffic stop. 10:41 p.m. Third Ave. A 44-year-old Laguna Niguel man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Friday, Nov. 11
Forgery. 1 p.m. 31700 block of Coast Hwy. An employee fired by a contractor allegedly forged six company checks, including four to himself, totaling $2,950.
Traffic stop. 10:36 p.m. Oak St. A 53-year-old Laguna Beach woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Saturday, Nov. 12
Grand theft. 12:16 a.m. 1600 block of Coast Hwy. A guest’s laptop computer was stolen.
Traffic stop. 2 a.m. Broadway St. A 26-year-old Mission Viejo man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Odors. 12:55 p.m. 1200 block of Starlit Dr. Police found something unidentified marinating in a third-floor bathroom of a bank-owned home that is emitting a bad smell.
Sunday, Nov. 13
Traffic stop. 1:30 a.m. 31900 block of Coast Hwy. A 40-year-old Reseda resident was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:14 a.m. Canyon Acres Dr. A 31-year-old Aliso Viejo man was cited for driving drunk and held for $2,500 bail.
