Traffic stop. 1:29 a.m. 20600 block of Laguna Canyon Road. Kalina Isabella Rusell, 23, of Irvine, was arrested for DUI and held for $10,000 bail.
Traffic stop. 3:02 a.m. Canyon Acres Drive and Laguna Canyon Road. Dawaun Dee Williams Flowers, 39, of Anaheim, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Saturday, July 7
Traffic stop. 12:16 a.m. 30600 block of Coast Highway. Keith Michael Mulligan, 44, of San Juan Capistrano, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Trespassing. 9:25 a.m. 31500 block of Table Rock Drive. Four teenage boys were seen jumping four stories from a roof into a pool. A neighbor said the boys were approximately 12-16 years old and had cameras or GoPro’s in their mouths as they jumped. Police were unable to locate the teens.
Battery. 4:28 p.m. 1600 block of South Coast Highway. Randall Edward Stewart, 56, of San Rafael, and Damian Dangelo, 33, of San Francisco, were both arrested for battery and held for $10,000 bail each. Witnesses reported that one man was punching the other before they stopped him. The two men apparently knew each other.
Rape. 6:32 p.m. 31500 block of Bluff Drive. A rape that was said to have occurred on July 4 was reported to police. The caller provided information on the suspect.
Friday, July 6
Disturbance. 9:18 a.m. 20600 block of Laguna Canyon Road. A man wearing no shirt or pants was seen running around in traffic across the street from the dog park. The man reportedly did karate chops at passing vehicles, danced in the middle of the street, lit sticks on fire, and was seen “sparring with the trees.” Police detained the man, who complied by leaving the area.
Petty theft. 2:59 p.m. 700 block of South Coast Highway. Stephanie Marie Monge, 31, of Santee, was arrested for grand theft and held for $20,000 bail. Monge reportedly stole cell phones from a cell phone vendor.
Traffic collision. 5:27 p.m. Glenneyre Street and Cleo Street. Aldo Collazo, 19, of Laguna Beach, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Drunk driving. 10:59 p.m. Canyon Acres Drive and Laguna Canyon Road. Carlos Yair Sototorres, 31, of Laguna Hills, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Thursday, July 5
Automated license plate reader. 1:52 a.m. Efrain Ventura Reyes, 37, of Orange, was arrested for suspicion of auto theft and one outstanding warrant. Reyes was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
Burglary. 9:18 a.m. 500 block of Dunnegan Drive. A burglary was reported from the previous night. Locks were broken, and tools valued at $3,000 were stolen.
Ped stop. 9:52 p.m. Jasmine Street and North Coast Highway. 21:52 pm. Beau Michael Galloiscosenza, 29, of Huntington Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for skateboarding without a helmet.
Wednesday, July 4
Occupied vehicle. 2:23 a.m. Jana Therese Miller, 46, of Buena Park, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Trespassing. 7:46 a.m. 2200 block of Bridge Road. Jakob Colladay, 20, was cited for trespassing and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
Public intoxication. 8:26 a.m. 100 block of South Coast Highway. Laguna beach transient Sean Patrick Eskeli, 55, was arrested for public intoxication and held for $500 bail.
Attempt to contact. 4:27 p.m. 1300 block of North Coast Highway. Hunter Chichoyne Reyes, 20, of San Diego, was arrested for resisting arrest and held for $500 bail. Reyes reportedly tried to use a fake ID and led police on a short foot pursuit before being detained at gunpoint.
LBMC violation. 4:38 p.m. 1200 block of Cliff Drive. Brandon Michael Gansert, 21, of Yorba Linda, was arrested for a misdemeanor offense of being drunk in public and held for $500 bail.
Drunk driving. 7:31 p.m. Third Avenue and Coast Highway. Marco Antonio Rodriguez, 29, of Pasadena, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Disturbance. 9:32 p.m. 600 block of Mystic View. A 46-year-old Huntington Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Drunk driving. 10:19 p.m. South Coast Highway and Park Avenue. Michael Anthony Arroyo, 30, of Foothill Ranch, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and held for $500 bail. Arroyo was reportedly seen screaming and waving his arms while driving.
Disturbance. 11:27 p.m. 200 block of Park Avenue. Brian Robert Schaar, a 32-year-old Laguna Beach transient, was arrested for a misdemeanor offense of being drunk in public and held for $500 bail.
Traffic stop. 11:43 p.m. 200 block of Cleo Street. A 50-year-old Irvine man was arrested for DUI, but was released without charge when tests showed his blood alcohol level was below the legal limit.
Tuesday, July 3
Foot patrol. 2:14 a.m. 100 block of South Coast Highway. Daniel William Del Rosario, a 25-year-old transient in Laguna Beach, was arrested for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants from San Bernardino County and was transported to the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Department West Walley Detention Center.
Traffic collision. 9:26 p.m. Laguna Canyon Road and Canyon Acres Drive. Rachel Anne Diaz, 23, of Anaheim, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail. Diaz was involved in a three-vehicle collision.
Vandalism. 9:41 p.m. 200 block of North Coast Highway. A Laguna Beach female transient was arrested for vandalism and an outstanding warrant and held for $10,000 bail.
Traffic stop. Michael Lloyd Hanger, 32, of Anaheim, was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
