Traffic collision. 1700 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 11:29 a.m. A motorist who had reached for on item on the floor drifted off the road and into a pole. She was not transported for treatment.
Drug activity. 200 block of Broadway St. 2:12 p.m. Francisco Israel Bumanglag, 45, of Laguna Woods, was arrested for three outstanding warrants.
Tuesday, March 28
Vandalism. Virginia Park. 12:11 p.m. Trees were cut on the center median.
Theft. 31500 block of Second Ave. 1:30 p.m. Camera gear valued at $13,000 was taken from an unlocked car.
Vehicle burglary. 20200 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 2:35 p.m. Someone broke into a car by punching the key hole and grabbed a bag of camera gear.
Traffic collision. 2600 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 4:28 p.m. Kimarra Lazette Fields, 21, of Cypress, was arrested for suspicion of DUI, reckless driving and driving unlicensed after her vehicle rolled over when it struck a dirt embankment on the shoulder. Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Traffic collision. Legion Street. 8:40 a.m. A motorcycle was struck by a vehicle that made a lane change. The cyclist was not transported for treatment.
Vandalism. 2100 block of Hillview Dr. 10:42 a.m. A neighbor cut trees without permission.
Traffic stop. 1700 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 2:56 p.m. Irit Hirschfeld, 28, of Yorba Linda, was arrested for allegedly failing to obey police.
Vehicle burglary. 3200 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. A window was broken and a wallet was taken.

Traffic stop. 200 block of Broadway St.1 a.m. A 30-year-old Irvine man was cited for DUI.
Traffic stop. 700 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 1:52 a.m. A 26-year-old Woodland Hills resident was cited for DUI.
Fraud. 1400 block of N. Coast Hwy. 2:31 p.m. Customers paid with fraudulent credit card.
Vehicle burglary. 800 block of Gainsborough Dr. 7:32 p.m. Subwoofer speaker valued at $300 was taken from an unlocked car.
Traffic stop. Montage Resort Drive. 11:42 p.m. A 19-year-old San Juan Capistrano woman was cited for DUI.

Traffic stop. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 1:28 p.m. A 47-year-old Texas resident was cited for DUI.
Disturbance. 300 block of Glenneyre St. 1 p.m. Bradley Eugene Armes, 47, of Costa Mesa, was arrested for outstanding warrants and suspicion of a misdemeanor drug offense.
Traffic collision. Aster Street. 3:30 p.m. A bus hit a tree and a car.
Theft. 600 block of S. Coast Hwy. 4:44 p.m. An Omega watch valued at $5,000 was stolen about a year ago.
Traffic stop. 400 block of Ocean Ave. 11:44 p.m. Three juveniles were detained, likely for curfew violations.
Saturday, April 1
Traffic stop. Mountain Road. 2:44 a.m. A 23-year-old Bermuda Dunes woman was cited for DUI.
Burglary. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 5:14 a.m. Detectives are investigating a break-in at a business where thieves made off with $70,000 worth of merchandise. Officers that responded to a report about shattered glass by a delivery driver found boxes opened and display cases empty.
Theft. 100 block of Cliff Drive. 8:23 a.m. The chain was cut on a yellow $500 bike, which was stolen.
Traffic collision. Laguna Canyon Road. 10:21 a.m. Two passengers and one driver complained of neck and back pain after a two-car, rear-end collision.
Brandish weapon. N. Coast Highway. 2:45 p.m. In response to a report about a couple with a gun, police arrested Saffire Saheedra Wallace, 27, of Las Vegas, for suspicion of felony child endangerment, misdemeanor possession of a loaded firearm and driving on a suspended license. A 5-year-old child was in the vehicle where officers found an AR-15 rifle on the floorboard along with 20 rounds of ammunition. Sir Jeffrey West, 20, was also arrested for suspicion of possessing a loaded firearm.
Robbery. 10th Avenue. 5:178 p.m. Police are investigating a reported robbery by a victim, who said he was threatened by two knife-wielding men that stole a necklace worth $1,200. The log notes the victim was intoxicated at the time of the report.
Theft. 1300 block of S. Coast Hwy. A clutch purse worth $100 was stolen.
Traffic stop. 200 block of Ruby St. A 32-year-old Garden Grove man was cited for DUI.
Foot patrol. 200 block of Forest Ave. 9:50 p.m. Alexander Anderson Harris, 68, identified as a Laguna Beach homeless person, was arrested for two warrants.
Traffic stop. 200 block of Ocean Ave. Nicholas Edward Moonier, 30, of Riverside, was arrested for a Santa Barbara court warrant.
Sunday, April 2
Traffic stop. Canyon Acres. 1:45 a.m. A 25-year-old Azusa woman was cited for DUI.
Disorderly person. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 2:31 a.m. James Robert Brundage, 26, of Newport Beach, was arrested for suspicion of assault in a fight that erupted when he was asked to leave.
Burglary. 30800 block of Coast Hwy. 12:16 a.m. Someone attempted to use a debit card, which was stolen the day before in a car break-in.
Stolen vehicle. Ledroit St. 8:51 p.m. Vladimir Feldman, 37, of San Diego, was arrested for suspicion of vehicle theft, behind the wheel of a car stolen Feb. 19 in San Diego.
Monday, April 3
Traffic stop. 100 block of N. Coast Hwy. 1:14 a.m. A 49-year-old Garberville woman was cited for DUI.
Burglary. 31300 block of Monterey St. 4:35 p.m. Stephen Michael Cobb, 24, of West Hills, was arrested for felony vandalism. No further details were available.
