Bikram Yoga Laguna Beach has officially become Pacific Blue Yoga. The studio remains under the same management but is expanding to offer more classes in other styles of yoga. They have also remodeled with new high-tech flooring and other improvements.

Pacific Blue Yoga’s stated goal is “to provide a community for students seeking a variety of yoga taught by the most experienced and passionate instructors.”

Bikram will still be a staple but will be complimented by other popular yoga styles including:

  • Vinyasa – a dynamic flow challenging strength, balance and flexibility
  • Yoga Sculpt – a Vinyasa flow incorporating light hand weights.
  • Ashtanga – a strenuous progressive series of postures, producing intense internal heat
  • Yin – a slow paced style with postures held for longer periods of time. Increases Circulation to joints and improves flexibility
  • Restorative – a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga promoting conscious relaxation. Great for those recovering from physical or emotional illness or trauma

They will also be adding meditation once a week as well as children’s yoga.

In addition to their expanded schedule, Pacific Blue Yoga wants to give back to their community via donation based classes, special guest teachers and posture clinics. Social gatherings including candlelight classes, potlucks, ocean swims, movie screenings and retreats are also planned.

For new students or those who haven’t been to the studio for over a year, the studio is offering 1 month of unlimited yoga for $49 (You must be an OC resident with a valid ID).

Pacific Blue Yoga is located in the Boat Canyon (Pavilions) Shopping Center at 610 N. Coast Hwy, suite 208.
