Chef Debra Sims of Maro Wood Grill, 1915 S. Coast Highway, combines seasonal selections and organic offerings to create a bag filled with artisan cheeses and made-from-scratch bites.
At Sapphire, one mile north to 1200 S. Coast Highway, the restaurant’s gourmet specialty shop, Sapphire Pantry, offers customizable picnic baskets. Chef Azmin Ghahreman ensures each basket includes his favorites, complete with dessert and a bottle of wine or sangria. There are several basket themes to choose from or customers can design their own.
