The Crystal Cove Alliance presents “Summertime at the Cove,” an arts and crafts show and sale to benefit Crystal Cove State Park on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 11-12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the newly restored Education Commons in the Historic District of the park.
Free activities will include learning how to wire-wrap sea glass, face painting, listening to old-time radio shows and playing historic games. Local artisans, photographers, authors, painters and shave ice will be on site to add to the fun.
Admission is free and all proceeds benefit restoration, education, and preservation within Crystal Cove State Park.
Parking is available for $15 in the Los Trancos parking lot. The parking fee is waived for those dining at The Beachcomber Café, located adjacent to the event.
