Fall Menu Reflects Seasonal Ingredients

Diners at Driftwood Kitchen can look forward to the season’s freshest ingredients on a menu with butternut squash, alba truffles, collard greens, water chestnuts, and borlotti beans says Chef Rainer Schwarz, a partner in the restaurant that opened in June at the former site of the Beach House on 619 Sleepy Hollow Lane.

New dishes also include goat cheese panna cotta and roasted baby beet salad with lavender-infused pumpernickle toast.

Golf Course Offers a Post-Sunset Round

The Ranch at Laguna Beach offers its second pop-up dinner outdoors Friday, Sept. 26, 31106 S. Coast Highway.

Executive Chef Camron Wood will prepare a prix fix $89 per person dinner 6 – 9:30 p.m. limited to 50 people.
