Boat-to-Plate Chef Catches the Moment
In honor of National seafood Month, food truck turned restaurant, Slapfish, 211 Broadway St., will introduce new specials in October.
Chef Andrew Gruel, starring as a guest judge on Food Network’s Food Truck Face Off, will offer a striped sea bass taco on Oct. 19 and a black cod ramen burrito landing on Oct. 26.
