The public is welcome to join the artists for a free 11 a.m.-1 p.m. reception Saturday, Dec. 12, 260 Ocean Ave. The artwork of 15 Festival of Arts exhibitors who interpret nature is included in the display through Jan. 9.

“It is a good example of how art and nature intersect,” said exhibit curator Pat Sparkuhl. “Exhibitors represented in this show all use some aspect of nature in their creative process to produce original and thought provoking works of art.”

Participating artists include Scott Albert, Roger Bennett, Sean Hunter Brown, Sherry Ford, Robin Hall, Tom Lamb, Geri Medway, Michael Obermeyer, Casey Parlette, Gerald Schwartz, Tom Swimm, Mike Tauber, Cliff Wassmann, and Dennis Zervas.
