The Top of the World Neighborhood Association will hold its annual Neighborhood Picnic Sunday, Sept. 16 at the Alta Laguna Park from 3 to 5 p.m. All are welcome. One need not be a member to come and enjoy this-meet-your-neighbor event.
Neighbors contribute a pot luck dish. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. The neighborhood has seen a large increase in the number of toddlers and children, and a major focus of the event will be on fun and games for the kids.
