Godinez boys edged Laguna 69-58 on Thursday, April 30, at Hulst Oval recapturing the dual meet title they won in 2011, 12, and 13. Breaker girls won their third straight dual crown beating the Godinez girls 88-35. Laguna will try to defend their overall league titles at the annual league meet scheduled for this past Thursday, May 7, at Laguna. Breakers are in Division 4 for CIF with prelims on Saturday, May 16, at Carpinteria and the finals on Saturday, May 23, at Cerritos College.
