I have lived in Laguna Beach for 19 years. The funds for the track were raised from the public with the understanding that we would be able to share the facilities.
I have been running there for many years, often during school hours, along with many others, often seniors. There has never been a security or safety issue that I know about. This lockout is contrary to the community spirit of Laguna.
We paid for that track and we would like to continue to use it.
