Mozambique Steakhouse will offer a special Father’s Day menu from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 18. Salads, shrimp cocktail, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon and Atlantic lobster tail will be offered along with breakfast until 2 p.m.

Live music begins at 5 p.m. with Einstein Brown’s Caribbean Steel Drums followed by reggae and R&B act Errol Bonnick at 7:30 p.m.

Sapphire Changes With the Season

Sapphire Laguna Executive Chef Azmin Ghahreman introduced a new menu for weekday lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

In keeping with his signature style of locally sourced, globally influenced dishes, Sapphire’s new lunch menu features crispy barramundi sandwich with sweet potato fries, a pesto salmon salad with a refreshing basil-citronade dressing, and a ground lamb & hummus pita plate.
