The second annual “Music Matters” Halloween party takes place at the Cliff’s Fireside Theatre, 577 S. Coast Highway, Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6-10 p.m.
The event will feature Robert Jon & The Wreck, named best live band by the O.C. Music Awards, and a costume contest. No reservations needed.
The following night, Friday, Nov. 1, radio station KX 93.5 stages a pre-party at Aliso Creek Inn & Golf, 6-10 p.m., featuring Grammy nominated blues-rocker Deborah Magone and the Salty Suites. The party precedes the station’s Festival of Music on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Festival of Arts’ grounds.
