Clinical nutritionist Gini Warner and Chef Ross Harris, authors of the book “The Gluten-Free Edge,” are offering a hands-on cooking class Wednesday, Aug. 22, at 1:30 p.m.

The $100 cost includes a meal of baked corn meal crusted chicken with vegetables and a copy of “The Gluten-Free Edge” cookbook.
