Transition Laguna Beach is hosting Mobility South Orange County, a free event Thursday, Sept. 13, from 7-9 p.m. at Neighborhood Congregational Church’s Bridge Hall.
Scheduled speakers include San Clemente’s Pete van Nuys, executive director of Orange County
Bicycle Coalition; Laguna Beach Planning Commissioner Norm Grossman; and Frank Peters, member of the Newport Beach Bike Safety Community.
Each speaker will share bike news from their respective towns and there will be time for your questions and answers.
Laguna Beach’s City Council is now in the process of rewriting the transportation element of the city’s general plan.
