When the City Council dropped the city attorney from the homeless lawsuit and then signed a settlement agreement, the people were not given proper representation, nor were we given right to understand the legalities of their actions.
Now we see story poles in Laguna Canyon highlighting a new multimillion dollar homeless shelter in a town with deep pockets and still no legal understanding of its liabilities. So regardless of the impact on the city of Laguna Beach the homeless shelter will have, it will be the dream of every litigation lawyer around.
