After decades of pressing for improvements to an eroding and unsafe, dirt trail in the Old Top of the World neighborhood, residents now have easier access to hike the fire road to Arch Beach Heights. Among those taking advantage of the city built trail are the Kemplers, from left, Ellen, Roger and Alex and the family dog, Arlo.
