Kudos for Arts Coverage

Dear Editor,

I commend the Indy for its outstanding arts reporting.  Daniella Walsh’s recent article “Aerial Photos Reveal Park’s Hidden Mysteries” (March 23) is a case in point.

Ms. Walsh’s well-researched article offers detailed background on Tom Lamb, a Laguna Beach-based artist now showing at the Orange County Great Park.  I like the way the reporter dug a little deeper into the archeology theme to provide some interesting historical context for the exhibition.

I am sure the arts community and public-at-large are able to have a more informed and meaningful gallery experience through this type of thoughtful writing.

Thank you for your commitment to high caliber arts reporting.
