Let’s Resurrect the Old 133

In light of Laguna’s disproportionately high number of vehicle-caused deaths involving cyclists and pedestrians, why can’t we take one small step now to

separate vehicles from road bikes and pedestrians by opening the old 133 road

for cyclists and walkers?
