While vacationing in France I thought I’d take a look at the local papers and I came across John Kreber’s June 1 commentary about Village Laguna. It’s so perplexing that someone could write about an organization they evidently know nothing about, present fiction as fact about the organization, and then mention ethics. A definition of ethics is “ a set of principles of right conduct.”
I maintain that telling the truth would have to be included in the principles of right conduct. The truth about Village Laguna is that it was founded in 1971, is a non-profit community organization that began when concerned citizens opposed the construction of high-rise buildings along the Laguna Beach coastline and helped create Main Beach Park.
