My husband Jerry and I, with our two red Labradors, Red Waggin and Salsa Maria, attended the 17th annual Pet Parade & Chili Cookoff. We have enjoyed it for the past nine years now.
We really want to thank the sponsors and all who put on such a great event each year. Joanne Culverhouse, again, was outstanding as the emcee.
But, in my excitement and haste, I forgot to thank the judges of the pet parade who awarded Red Waggin second place in the senior division. These seven people took time from their busy lives to judge all of the great pets, which were there. We absolutely love our hard working therapy dogs but it was so nice to have the judges see them as gorgeous, also!
