Kyle and Benjamin Sharp, twin sixth-graders at Laguna Beach’s Thurston Middle School, are an up and coming musical duo, combining Kyle’s guitar, Benjamin’s piano and vocals from both brothers.
The brothers perform as Sharp Turn Ahead, and in the coming months will be playing at the Sawdust Festival as well as the Irvine Spectrum, the District in Tustin and the county fair. This Sunday, June 17, they gig at the Irvine Spectrum from 1-5 p.m. near the Old Navy store.
